In the jira management view I can see and manage jira, confluence, jira service desk etc.
I can't find where tot manage Bitbucket users. I also get two invoices. One for Bitbucket and one for all other products. This might me related to the problem.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hi Johan,
Your Bitbucket account counts as a different entity than Jira and Confluence, so users are managed separately. You can see your Bitbucket users at https://bitbucket.org/<workspaceID>/workspace/settings/plan-users. Remember to replace <workspaceID> with your actual workspace ID.
Regarding the separate invoices, it's the same reason as the above. As they're different entities, they'll generate separate invoices too.
