Hi @pridembm ,

Not sure if you are using Server or Cloud, but I think this documentation is what you are looking for:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/how-to-find-your-support-entitlement-number-sen-229840018.html

You can also read everything about managing your plan here:

Hi @pridembm  and welcome to the community.

You should be able to upgrade the plan for Bitbucket Cloud and/or change billing details without a SEN.

You can do this if you:

  1. Log in to https://bitbucket.org/
  2. Go to your avatar (bottom left corner) > All workspaces.
  3. You will see all workspaces you have access to. Select the one you want to change the billing plan for.
  4. Afterwards, select Settings from the left hand column to view workspace settings.
  5. Then select Plan details.
  6. In there, you will see the option Upgrade plan. Select that and you should be able to upgrade to the Premium plan.

The SEN is visible to users who are listed as technical or billing contacts for a workspace in our licensing system, https://my.atlassian.com/.

I can see that you have opened a support ticket for this issue as well, you can request for the SEN in the support ticket and also to be added as billing and/or technical contact.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
