User unable to receive email invitation

There's new user joined company and I invited him as what I did before. However, this time the new user hasn't received anything. I tried to resend in user management tab for several times, and he carefully checked all the mail boxes, there's no invitation mail.

Kindly please check on your end if the user is blocked here's his email address:

Hi @Arnie Rojales , welcome to the Community.

I've checked our mail service logs and that email address was on a block list, due to our mail service receiving this error:

550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Email address could not be found, or was misspelled (G8)

This typically happens if the Bitbucket invitation was sent before the new user's mailbox was completely ready to receive mail. The error is now cleared, and re-sending the invitation should work properly now.
