Unable to receive password recovery emails

Hi,

 I am not receiving password recovery emails to my account dinesh.gautam@indigo-consulting.co.in from Atlassian. 

Please provide a solution at the earliest.

Hello @dinesh.gautam,

From what I can see on our side, this email doesn't exist. Our mailing system got this error back:

The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

Please double check you spelled it correctly.

Hi Daniil,

Can you please check from your end as this is an active email account which I have been using for the past 1 week. I have created bitbucket account with the same email id , but I am unable to receive any emails from Atlassian.

I am able to receive emails from Atlassian community <community-do-not-reply@em.atlassian.com> to this email id though.

Cant seem to understand why am I not able to receive other emails from Atlassian such as for password recovery.

Even when I try signup with the account I am getting the following error:

You already have a account with the email address dinesh.gautam@indigo-consulting.co.in

Not sure what happened there, the bounce was created about 25 hours ago.

I deleted it, can you try requesting an email again?
