I am in the process of resetting my bitbucket account password but unable to receive my password reset recovery email to my email id (keshav.prasad@ucareqld.com.au)

I can see that your company uses SSO for login to Atlassian Cloud products, which is why password recovery for the Atlassian/Bitbucket account will not work.
You will need to log in to Bitbucket with your SSO credentials. If you don't remember the password, you can check the options of your SSO log in page, to see if there is an option to reset its password and recover access to your account.
In case you needed a password for purposes of cloning/pushing/pulling via HTTPS, the account's password will not work since you use SSO. You can generate an app password and use that instead:
