Unable to login with lost 2FA

Hi Team, I have lost access to bitbucket as my phone got formatted, I don't have my recovery keys either, I use bitbucket to access all corporate repos,  can someone please guide me how to request for  two-step verification recovery email, any help in this regard will  be highly appreciated as this is impacting my day to day work and impacting the deliverables.

Hi Gaurav and welcome to the community!

You will need to disable 2FA in order to access the account (you can enable it again afterwards).

2FA can be set both on the Bitbucket account and on the Atlassian account that Bitbucket uses for authentication. There are instructions on how to disable each of them here:
