I am attempting to log in to Bitbucket and am seeing an error that states:
We couldn’t log you in
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
From similar issues, it seems likely that my account has been marked inactive or spam for some reason. Those similar issues suggest creating a new question for such cases.

It seems your account is marked as a "Dormant" account due to not logging in to Bitbucket.org for a long period of time.
I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
