Unable to find my repository

Edited

I was looking for two of my very old repository which I need to access now. However, to my utter surprise I see that these are not accessible anymore.

Following are the links of the repos.
https://bitbucket.org/tasnim_fabiha/simplecryptography-library
https://bitbucket.org/tasnim_fabiha/sportstracker

It shows the following error.

I want to recover it. Is there any way to do so?

Hi, @tasnim_fabiha! Welcome to the community!

Checking the repos you mentioned, I confirmed they are Mercurial repositories. So this is the reason you can't see these repos anymore.

We deprecated Mercurial repositories and features last year:

However, these repos still exist in our system in an unavailable state and the support team can provide a backup of them in case you don't have one.

Therefore, I opened a support ticket on your behalf, you will receive an email with the ticket number and another engineer will contact you to work on that with you.

In case you would like to read more about these changes, you can access this blog post: Sunsetting Mercurial support in Bitbucket

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Caroline

Hello Caroline,

Thank you very much for your response. Yes, I did not take any back up and it would be great if I can get them back. I really appreciate the effort you mentioned to make that happen.

Looking forward to receiving the email.

Thank you again!

Regards,
Fabiha
