Unable to access 2FA and not received recovery code via email yet

I am unable to access 2FA as said invalid 2FA verification and I don't have 2FA for Bitbucket on my phone and can't even know when I did set up for 2FA. I have sent email for recovery code but not received yet.

Hi @Pym Phekasut,

When you request a 2FA recovery email, we first send a 2FA recovery notice request, and the recovery email is sent 24 hours after that for security reasons.

I checked our logs and I can see that the 2FA recovery email was sent to your email address about 5 hours ago. Could you please confirm if you have received it and if you are able to access your account now?
