I have lost access to several repos and the ones that I have access to are outdated

Are you serious? The text says that you have to use email. Why would I even try to do anything else?

I really really hope that there is already a ticket and that someone is working on it because I have used all channels that I can.

I talked to the team that fixed the issue and they already removed that card.

It was already resolved and you should be able to create the ticket.

I just did and now it says that the support will come from the European office, and only weekdays. This is total PANIC, we cannot work, we need support immediately!!!

I got an email that you were on it, but it seems like it was auto generated

I just got a reply that the support will look at this Monday 9am

Git is a mission critical application, we cannot work until this is fixed, this is a bug on your side, I have tried the terminal but my user doesn't have access to the repos anymore although being admin

surely someone must be working when your system doesn't work?
