Revert Pull Request in Bitbucket Server?

I've read a lot about there being a revert pull request button in Bitbucket Cloud, but I have not found a definitive answer on whether this is also available on Bitbucket Server.

Currently there is no revert pull request button in Bitbucket Server, so you need to do it you would have to do the revert the merge locally and push it back to Bitbucket.

I was looking through the Bitbucket's feature request and found this one, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-3218, and one of the comments mentioned an app that allows you to do it, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.bit-booster.bb/server/overview.
