Hi @aswin_mn ,

If you rewrote history to reduce the repo's size, we'll need a to run a git gc on the remote repo for the repo's size to get reduced.

I can see in our system there are two repos over the 2 GB limit from the ones I have access to, I'm not sure which one it is where you rewrote history to trigger a git gc.

If you let me know the repo URL I can help. If you don't want to share it here publicly, you can open a ticket with the support team and request a git gc for the repo (the ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff).

You can open a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.

In "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product, make sure to mention the repo URL also in the "Give us more details" field. If you need to urgently work on the repo and are blocked from working, adjust the priority of the ticket to "Level 1" to get support faster.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
