Hi

I have Atlassian account with my organization email id but my organization does not use bitbucket through Atlassian .Infra team have hosted bitbucket on their own domain/server so when I try to Atlassian or clone my organization bitbucket it tries to go through Atlassian authentication because Atlassian and org bitbucket has same email id ( firstname.lastname@company.com). Want to know inputs on below .

1. Can I to remove bitbucket app from 'Switch to' or bitbucket product from my Atlassian account

2. Can I delete my Atlassian account associated with my org email  and will that solve issue of bitbucket authentication thru Atlassian ?

Hey @Aniruddha

Welcome to the community!

I'm not sure if I am getting this correctly or not, but it seems you have Bitbucket server and, at the same time, use Atlassian cloud (Confluence & Jira). So when you clone from Bitbucket server, it tries to go through Bitbucket cloud instead of the Bitbucket server?

If yes, I am unsure if that's possible because Bitbucket server has its own platform and doesn't share the same Atlassian cloud authentication. Maybe check with your IT team to understand the behavior further.

If this is not the case, could you elaborate more on what you mean by when cloning you are redirected?
