Reaching one repository to another one

Hello, i have two repositories, one repository includes codes, another one is includes just one script. I want to reach to code repository from script repository. My request url 

url = f'https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/{repository_owner}/{repository_name}/commits'.

But i am getting 404 errors wit auth or api token. Could anyone knows what is wrong with that?

I will need a bit more context as to where you are attempting this (ie in Pipelines) and what you wish to achieve.
