Hi,
I'm wondering if it's possible to keep a Bitbucket project setting, like PR template or default reviewers, in the repo itself? To make it sharable for others and to have it versioned.
As an example, in Github we do store metadata in `.github` directory: https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository

I'm afraid that we don't have such a feature to keep PR default description and/or default reviewers in the source code of a repo. These can be set by the Repository settings, as you mentioned.
If you'd be interested in such a feature, you are more than welcome to create a feature request in our issue tracker for our development team to consider, or please feel free to let me know if you'd like me to create it.
