I have a problem with my workspaces permissions on Bitbucket. I try to create a ticket on 'contact support', for an answer to my problem.
Apparently there are two people with the same name on my team (one with 'admin rights' other with 'read rights').
We only have access to the user with read rights, but we need to recover the user with 'admin rights'. So i create a ticket on Contact Support to explain my problem.
It's been two days without any feedback from Atlassian or asking for more details. How can i contact with Support Staff directly ?
Note. We have no access to the user with admin rights (we don't know the email for that account).
Note2. I'm not from USA, I apologize for my grammar.
