Problem with editing issue with line feed (carriage return)

When editing a issue, at the end of a line when a line feed (return) occurs, nothing happens. The cursor remains in place. The problem can be solved using the mouse by clicking after returning to the next line. Inserting tables also stopped working.

Does anyone know about this problem?
My browser Chrome version Version 119.0.6045.200 (Official build), (64 bit)

In browser console I have an errors after every enter-key down:

These issues are both bugs recently introduced. We have the following bug reports in our issue tracker:
