Prior to BB cloud, we were using Jenkins for our deployment. Post deployment we were able to send an API Post to Runscope in order to trigger post deployment testing of our API's.
I cannot find anything on BitBucket to explain how we can do this? Just want to make a simple API call to an external product - not even bothered about waiting for any results.
Please - any assist appreciated.
Welcome to the community.
Based on your description, it appears the suitable solution for this is by using Bitbucket Pipelines.
Bitbucket Cloud Pipelines allows you to build, test, and deploy your code based on your preferred triggers.
After the deployment, you can then implement the configuration called after-script where you can run commands/scripts after the deployment is done.
Hope it helps and do let me know if you have further questions.

Excellent.
I sort of knew this was possible and with your response got help from the development team in order to get this working.
