Pipelines fails during deploy

Hi, 

during my deploy of develop branch on staging environment i receive this error:

Any Ideas of what I can do?

Hello @Gennaro ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

From the screenshot you have shared, it seems your build is trying to SSH to an external server to execute the deployment, but the SSH command is timing out.

One of the most common causes of this is that the external server is behind a firewall which is blocking the pipeline's IPs from connecting to it.

In this case, I would suggest making sure the following IPs are whitelisted in your firewall and have the connection allowed to your remote server :
