PULL Request URL dest param when destination branch is in another repository

Hi guys,

I have a question, I would like to open a PR from URL but with a specific branch, so I tried with "&dest=$BRANCH"  and this usually works, but in this project destination branch is inside a different repo and for some reason, when the destination is a different repo, I'm not able to change the branch. by any chance, do you have any suggestions?
