Our developer isn't receiving his authentication code via Outlook

Hi, We have recently migrated onto a new Microsoft tenant, as such we may have ended up with our domain on your suppression list due to SMPT bounce back. Can you ensure all users with (specifically) is removed from this list to enable them to login please and receive requested auth codes. Kind regards, Ryan

Hi Ryan and welcome to the community!

I cleared from our suppression list all emails from the domain you mentioned, so any affected users should be able to receive Atlassian emails now.

I am not sure what auth codes you are referring to, is it about a 2FA recovery email or a password reset email? Whatever email the user was requesting, they need to request it one more time now, as the previous emails we sent were dropped.
