Our developer isn't receiving his authentication code via Outlook

We have recently migrated onto a new Microsoft tenant, as such we may have ended up with our domain on your suppression list due to SMPT bounce back.

Can you ensure all users with <domain> (specifically<email>) is removed from this list to enable them to login please and receive requested auth codes.

Hi Ryan and welcome to the community!

I cleared from our suppression list all emails from the domain you mentioned, so any affected users should be able to receive Atlassian emails now.

I am not sure what auth codes you are referring to, is it about a 2FA recovery email or a password reset email? Whatever email the user was requesting, they need to request it one more time now, as the previous emails we sent were dropped.

Just a heads up, I removed the domain and email address from your post to comply with our privacy policy.
