My coworker is trying to access his Atlassian account (email: <email_removed_for_privacy>), but every time he tries he receives a message that says "Check your inbox to finish sign-up" with a link to re-send the link. He recently switched email addresses in my organization.
He requested the link to be sent to his inbox multiple times, but he hasn't received anything yet. I had a similar issue in the past, where I wasn't getting the invite to my organization's workspace, and the reason was that my account had been flagged as "non-existent" or something of the sorts in Bitbucket, because the invite was sent immediately after the creation of the email account. So, possibly my colleague is having the same issue.
Please let me know how to proceed.

Based on my observation the user's Bitbucket account has been signing up and has access to your Bitbucket workspace. So can you verify if the user still have any issue with verification of the account?

Hello Syahrul,
I just talked to him and asked him to try to login and he said he's still receiving the account verification message and can't access anything: Bitbucket, Jira, or Atlassian Community.
