I've just removed your email from our suppression list - it appears it was added to this list due to an SMTP bounce from your mail server.
You should be able to receive emails now - I have verified that you only have 2FA enabled at the Bitbucket Cloud level, so please follow the Bitbucket Cloud instructions within our documentation below and let me know how this goes:
