Not receiving Accept Repository Transfer Email

I just transferred one of my repo to a friend, but he doesn't get the mail.

I would confirm if you have the correct email for your friend
Have your friend check their Spam folder?
Ask your friend if they have another email, in case their email domain is in Atlassian's suppression list for some reason?
