Hello @Harshavardhanreddy_D ,
Thank you for reaching out to Community!
I see the workspace you have linked while posting this question is currently Over the plan limit, meaning it's exceeding the number of users in a Free plan.
As announced in our Blog post , Bitbucket cloud has changed our billing model. In this new model, any users that are members of a workspace, regardless of their content access are counted towards the billable users.
If you need to reduce the number of users within your workspace, please go to
Workspace Settings > User Directory > use action under Activity row to remove any users that no longer need to be part of a workspace.
For workspaces on Free plan, your number of workspace members should not exceed 5.
Alternatively, you may upgrade your plan to a paid plan to be able to collaborate with a larger number of teammates. For more information please refer to Manage your plan and billing | Bitbucket Cloud | Atlassian Support
Thank you, @Harshavardhanreddy_D !
