I have setup the 2FA with Authy but I didn't receive the verification email.
I have check my junk mail folder and it is not there.

This is happening because your email has ended on the surpression list. Someone from Atlassian can help you out by removing your email from the block list. You can make a request here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
