This is happening because your email has ended on the surpression list. Someone from Atlassian can help you out by removing your email from the block list. You can make a request here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Does this concern the Bitbucket account with the same email as your community account?
I checked our email logs and all the emails we have sent to that email address during the last 3 days have been delivered to your mail server. Your email address is not in any of our suppression lists.
I suggest checking your Spam folder, and also if there are any filters in your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox. If you still cannot find it, I suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server and asking them to investigate why our emails don't make it from your mail server to your inbox.
If this concerns a Bitbucket account with a different email address, please log in to community with the affected email and leave a comment here so I can check our logs.
