Lost access to my email

Question

I've lost access to my email due to Google discontinuing support for Google hosted email.  (I didn't think it was a problem since you used to allow username login).

In any case,

My user `soitgoes` and email `martin.murphy@whiteboard-it.com`.  What can I do to restore access to those repositories or change the email.

I have a new user martin.murphy@911cellular.com

I can no longer login with my username so I cannot do that unfortunately
