×Hey there!
I am trying to link an existing Bitbucket workspace in my companies admin environment. But I can't find the option to link an existing product. Am I doing something wrong?
It is possible to create a new Bitbucket workspace by adding a product (as shown in the screenshot below). But I seem to be missing the option to link products as described here:
https://bitbucket.org/blog/bitbucket-audit-logs-are-now-available-in-atlassian-access
This is what I can see/do:
The Bitbucket workspace I'm trying to link is on a free plan, we are connecting Bitbucket to the admin environment because we want to upgrade to a paid plan. We want to manage the billing from the admin environment.
The Bitbucket workspace I'm trying to link is already linked to our Jira site via the jira integration option in Bitbucket.
My user role is admin in both the admin environment as well as in Bitbucket.
So again, am I missing something? Or am I doing something wrong? If not, is there a workaround?
Kind Regards,
Patrick
Hi @Patrick
We will need to raise a ticket on your behalf for this, as this will require sharing potentially sensitive information. May we know what timezone you are in so I can raise one with the correct team?
Cheers!

Hey Ben,
I live in the Netherlands so that would be Central European Standard Time, or GMT+1.
Thanks for raising the ticket!

Good day Ben
I am experiencing the same issues as Patrick that i can't link existing bitbucket to our Atlassian as we don't have the Link Product function.

You'll need to be the workspace administrator for that Bitbucket Cloud workspace and you will also need an Atlassian Guard product subscription before you can link it.
I can see that you don't belong to any Bitbucket Cloud workspaces and you organisation is not managed with Atlassian Guard, so this will unfortunately not be possible. You would need to ask a current admin to grant you this workspace admin access to the workspace and an active Atlassian Guard subscription for your organisation.
The requirements for linking Bitbucket are detailed in our documentation:
Who can do this?
Role: Organization admin who must also be the Bitbucket workspace admin
Plan: Atlassian Guard Standard
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
