Large repository

Hi! Can somebody help me with it - I got warning that repository size is 3.85 GB of 4 GB. But I can't find out why. All I found that 'git count-objects -vH' and 'size-pack' as output of it should show the exact size, but it shows size-pack: 317.97 MiB, not 3.85 GB from the warning. What am I doing wrong?
