There is an option to request a 2FA recovery email by selecting the option "Forgot code?" on the screen that asks you for a 2FA code.
I see that you requested a recovery email for 2FA a few days ago. Can you please confirm if you have received it?
You can use that to disable 2FA on your Bitbucket account. You can then set it up again, if you want.
