Is there a way to restrict an ssh key being configured

I would like to restrict a specific ssh key being configured in bitbucket. This should be across all the users.  Is there such blacklisting capability?

You can only restrict someone based on permissions (e.g Admin, Write, or Read)

May I know why you need to restrict specific SSH keys in Bitbucket Cloud?
