I am reaching out regarding a billing issue. Due to a problem with the card used for last month's payment, I would like to change the payment method for that transaction to a different card. Could you please let me know if this is possible?

The credit card on file can be changed by an administrator of the Bitbucket workspace the following way:
You can also open the page directly from this link, https://bitbucket.org/<workspace-id>/workspace/settings/plans-and-billing where <workspace-id> replace with the ID of your workspace.
