In Bitbucket I am looking for a way to track certain individuals that submit a PR.

I want to be able to see that their code does get reviewed by someone in our group.

G'day. @Christian Mueller

Welcome to the community!

Could you provide more context here? Do you want to track specific users for reporting or manage their PR reviewers?

If you are looking for reporting for specific users, native Bitbucket doesn't have reporting tools, but there are a few 3rd party Applications in our Marketplace that may suit your needs. Check them at:

Bitbucket Marketplace apps

However, if you want to manage user reviewer then maybe look into Code Owner. This feature allows you to define individuals or teams that are responsible for code in a repository. This will automatically add specific reviewers to be upon PR creation.

I hope this helps.

Expanding on @Syahrul 's response - you can also add merge-checks that enforce reviewer rules. This gives you peace of mind, as PRs can only be merged if the right amount of reviewers have approved.

While Bitbucket cloud offers Code Owners which is a file-based reviewer configuration in your repository, you may prefer a UI-based reviewer and merge-check tool like Workzone . With Workzone only repo or workspace admins can change reviewer and merge-check configurations and you don't need Bitbucket premium to enforce merge-checks.

Hope we're on the right track here and were able to help you.

Best, Ulrich
