Hello! I'm trying to import repo from gitlab to bitbucket but when I try to import, it says "

Import failed

This repository was not imported.

Ask your administrators to check the logs for details."

I can't see any detail in audit logs. How can I reach the logs?

Hi Enes,

I believe you are importing the repository using the "Import repository" option from the GUI. To check the error/events, you would need to look into <Bitbucket-Home-Directory>/log/atlassian-bitbucket.log file.
The atlassian-bitbucket.log will have the events of what really occurs during the import, whereas the access log merely records incoming requests and the responses that follow.

Do not hesitate to open a support request with Atlassian if you require any assistance determining the root cause of the problem.

Regards,
Aman
