My phone is lose and I want to disable my Two-step verification.

Hi, welcome to the Community!

This is something that you need to do yourself. If you lost your phone but still have access to your computer, you can run the following command to receive recovery codes:

ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes

This will bring out 6 recovery codes (one time use only) that you can use to get into your Bitbucket Cloud account. This is explained at Retrieve recovery codes through SSH.

Once you're into your account, you can disable two step verification following these instructions:

1. From your avatar in the bottom left, click Bitbucket settings.
2. Click Two-step verification under Security.
3. Enter a recovery code and you'll see your two-step verification settings.
4. Click Disable two-step verification and then click Disable in the confirmation message.

Hi!

Having a look at your screenshot I can see that two-step verification is not enabled in your account. I've also checked your account in our system and I can see that it is indeed disabled. 

The steps you're being shown in the screen are so you can enable it for your account.
