I have set up a new user but the activation email was not received and I can't complete the user sig

Hi @Raffaele Zurlo ,

I see that you opened a support ticket as well about this issue.

This email was in a suppression list, as when we tried to send an email we received a hard bounce response from your server. This usually occurs if an invitation is sent or if an attempt to create an account is made before the email account is operational.

The engineer working on your support ticket removed this email from the suppression list.

The user will need to select to resend the activation email, as the previous ones were dropped.

In case you had sent any invitation to this user, please resend it one more time now (a new one needs to be sent as the previous ones were dropped).
