This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Clone a repository

I have forgotten to delete my ssh key from my account before deleting that account. Now I am not able to use the ssh key anywhere else. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Looks like a bug to me. You might want to raise it with Atlassian.

The key might be stored in one of the DB table and they will be able to help you to delete it in that case.
