I couldn't find old workspace. How can I restore it?
It seems like the whole account disappeared, because next time I tried to logged in I was asked for a new account name

Sorry, it happened to you. Happy the account deletion is fixed!
Atlassian is using a shared responsibility model when it comes to deleting and restoring company-level data. In this case, a user is responsible for workspace backup if someone deleted it.
The best practice is to either enable DYI backups or use third-party solutions, like Rewind for Bitbucket.

The same happened to yesterday, and has not been fixed yet.
I created a new workspace, then deleted it, and my ACCOUNT was deleted.
Now I'm asked to pick an account name again.
