Hi Siddharth,

Thank you for contacting Atlassian Support and to report this issue to us. My name is Norbert and I'm from Atlassian Bitbucket Cloud Support

We would like to confirm, that we've received a several complaints from users based in India, having issues resolving the DNS record.

Based on our observation your ISP's DNS provider is not able to lookup the IP records associated with DNS record.

As a workaround, can you try to use Google's DNS provider and than flush the DNS cache in your system?

DNS server:
Command to flush the DNS: ipconfig /flushdns
How to change the DNS settings:

Please let us know how it goes.

Best Regards,
Atlassian Bitbucket Cloud Support

Hi Norbert,
