Hello @Patrik S
I want to remove that BitBucket workspace, but I need to be able to access it.

Hello @salvador postigo pulpillo ,
Checking internally for the workspaces you have access to, I see one of them is already flagged for deletion.
Once deletion is triggered, it takes 30 days for the workspace to be fully deleted from the Atlassian side.
For that particular workspace, this will happen on April 15th, so I would suggest that you wait a few more days for it to be completely wiped out.
Thank you, @salvador postigo pulpillo !

Hello @Patrik S
The problem is the workspace that has a free licence, when I try to enter it shows a 404 error.
Thank.

Hello @salvador postigo pulpillo ,
The workspace with a Free license was fully deleted yesterday (April 15th) as per my previous response.
I can see your account has now access only to one workspace that has an active subscription.
Let us know in case you have any questions.
Thank you, @salvador postigo pulpillo !

Hello @salvador postigo pulpillo ,
I see you currently don't have access to the workspace, and this is the reason why you are receiving that error.
Since you are an org admin, you can follow the steps outlined in Give users access to products to grant yourself access to that workspace.
After the access is granted, you should be able to open that workspace and manage it as an Admin.
Thank you, @salvador postigo pulpillo !

Hello @Patrik S
I have given myself permissions and I still have the 404 error, what I really want is to delete it and I can only do it from inside the workspace, can you give the order to delete it?

Hello @salvador postigo pulpillo ,
To be able to manage the workspace, you need to grant the Product Admin role in that workspace on https://admin.atlassian.com to a group that you are part of :
Once a group that you are part of is granted the Product Admin role, you should be able to access the bitbucket workspace and manage it from Workspace Settings.
Thank you, @salvador postigo pulpillo !
