I can not push to repository

I have an admin privilege

and directory not empty

$Git commit -m "msg"

On branch master

nothing to commit, working tree clean

Hi Ersan, welcome to the Community!

The error message is warning you that the account you're trying to push to has exceeded its limit. The account 'vitatech2' is on the free plan, however it has more than 5 users (only 5 users are allowed on free accounts). When this happens, the account becomes read-only until it's upgraded to a bigger plan, or the extra users are removed. You'll need to contact the owner of the account 'vitatech2' so he can take the necessary steps to fix that.
