Hi - Hope that someone can help please!
I am unable to see an existing Workspace when trying to create a New Repository. We would like to add further repo's but when trying to perform this, the Workspace I see in the drop down only shows my name. I am the Administrator, therefore would have expected to see every Workspace. The Workspace was created by a previous Employee who has now left the company.
Please advise how we can somehow continue building and extending our business projects, by accessing the correct Workspace.
Appreciate your help :)
Hi @VinayP ,
Does this issue concern the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your Community account?
If this is the case, I can see in our system that this account has access to your personal workspace, and to an additional workspace that you are not an admin of.
If you want, I can open a support ticket for you for this issue, and in the ticket we can share with you the names of the administrators of the workspace, so you can reach out to them and request access. (I cannot share this info here publicly)
You can also open a ticket yourself via via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. Please make sure to mention the email of your Bitbucket Cloud account and the workspace ID of the workspace you want to create a repo for.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora
Hi Theodora
Thank you so much for getting back to me on this, much appreciated.
The workspace in question is called Baikingu-dev and this is the workspace that I need to have full control of. As I may have mentioned previously, I’m one of the owners (my business partner is who pays for this subscription) of our business therefore need to take control of this.
I’m more than happy to discuss privately/directly with you Theodora - this is a priority for us and our Customers.
Look forward to hearing from you.
kindest regards,
Vinay

Hi Vinay,
Thank you for your reply.
I have opened a support ticket for you for this issue, you should receive an email with a link for the ticket. If there are any issues and you haven't received the email, please let me know and I can also post the link here (its content won't be visible to anyone other than you and Atlassian staff, even if they have the URL).
One of the Bitbucket Cloud support engineers will assist you in the ticket with how you to request the necessary access to this workspace.
If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.
Kind regards,
Theodora

Hi Theodora
Many thanks for coming back to me. Appreciate the sensitivity of this request, but I'm sure that you would respect the severity when it begins to effect our Live Customers and Partners.
I have received an email from Atlassian Support with a ticket number beginning with BBS-xxxxxx.
Look forward to the reply from the engineer.
Kindest regards,
Vinay
