I am not able to upgrade my plan to more than 5 people (paid version)

I am trying to add 6th and 7th member to my workspace by upgrading the plan to a paid version. But as soon as I click on start trial (there is no other option to directly start the plan without trial) I am sent back to the main bitbucket page and the new users to whom I have sent invite are not being able to enter as they are told that the plan needs to be upgraded before they can join it. How can I upgrade the plan. Thank you!

Okay, I found it, if I go from '?' on the top right to 'plan and pricing' it was redirecting me to the main page. But if I go from workspace settings and 'plan details' from there I was able to upgrade.
