Hello @laide,

Welcome to the Community.

I see the repository you tried to create a PR from is a fork. The problem is with the repository it was forked from. Not sure how it ended up in this state, but here's what you need to do:

* go to upstream repository settings
* go to Settings
* find Main branch dropdown, select master there
* click Save repository details

After this creating pull requests should work normally.
