How to reset commit id?

Hi, I need one small help. I am working on project which involves Bitbucket application. I am not good at it. Q: I am told to reset commit Id, I have one commit id in master branch need to have same commit id in other branch. Any help is appreciated.

welcome to the Atlassian community!

So, what you are trying to do is revert some branch back to a specific commit (= where is your master now)?
