How to manage Independent java projects in Single Repository with Bitbucket Pipeline

I have single repository.

I want put Independent Java projects and other projects in separate subdirectory of my repository.

Also want to have a bitbucket Pipeline for some of the java projects.

Is this possible, can anyone suggest how to achieve this?
