I need to retrieve the usernames of all users from the Workspace user directory, but when I attempt to export user data, I only receive information such as Public Name, Email Address, Last Login, Has2SV, and On Plan.

 

How can I obtain the usernames?

Welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export usernames in Bitbucket Cloud UI or via an API endpoint.
However, you can raise a support request to us to discuss this further.
