How to ask Support to run Git GC on the our server

Can support please run Git GC on our remote server please?

My local repository is 2.5 GB, and the server is now showing 4.05 GB and we are unable to push anything to the server.

This has happened before and each time takes time to sort out. Is there a fast-track process for this?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Shane Thomas

Hey Shane,

I have checked the workspace that you listed on this ticket and cannot see any repositories which are this size, I have also checked your personal workspace and couldn't see this either.

There is no way as of yet to fast-track repository garbage collection, this process happens automatically on a regular basis however will sometimes require manual intervention.

Are you still having an issue with a large repository? If so, I can log a ticket on your behalf.

Cheers!
