Hi @KimZhang,

Please keep in mind that there is no requirement for end users to change the SSH keys they have set up for their account, workspace, or repos.

What you need to do is configure your SSH client to use either the ECDSA or the Ed25519 host key of Bitbucket Cloud, or the new RSA key. This is not related to the SSH keys you have set up for your account. The host key of a server (in this case, Bitbucket Cloud), is used to establish the authenticity of that server.

Please take a look at the following knowledge base article, in the section Technical Questions there are questions and answers for SourceTree for MAC and SourceTree for Windows:

If you are still experiencing issues or if you have any questions, please feel free to let me know and also provide some details about

  • the error you are seeing
  • whether you are using SourceTree for Mac or for Windows
  • in case it's SourceTree for Windows, which SSH client SourceTree is configured to use

Kind regards,
Theodora
