If you’re having trouble logging into your Atlassian account, ensure you’re using the correct email address and password.
If you’ve saved your login details in the browser but forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.
I recommend to verify that the reset email isn’t in your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox :)

You'll need to reset your password if you can't access your account - if you don't have access to the email that belongs to that account for reset verification, unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do to assist (this is a security requirement):
